Children and teen privacy
Foodiy Passport primarily serves merchants and general consumers and applies local age rules and data minimization.This implementation copy requires legal review by the responsible operator against actual regions, data flows, and providers before production release.
Age and consent
A person below the local age of independent consent should not create an account alone. Where use is appropriate, a guardian must provide valid consent through the designated process.
Extra protections
- No account-data targeted advertising directed to children
- Collect only what is necessary for a specific service
- Use tighter consent, access, and retention controls
- Stop processing and delete or anonymize information collected without valid authorization
Guardian requests
A guardian may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. We verify the requester and relationship proportionately.
